Transport for NSW state:- "Six new commuter car parks at Mona Vale, Warriewood, Narrabeen, Dee Why, Brookvale and Manly Vale providing around 900 spaces, as well as bicycle parking, to encourage customers to park and ride" A Bendy Bus holds 114 passengers. Over 600 million dollars is being spent on B-Line to to provide parking at 6 locations for a total of 900 commuter car parking spots, that's not even 8 Bendy Bus worth of passengers. A whole lot of work, a whole lot of expense, a whole lot of upset for many people in those 6 suburbs and all resulting in a very poor return for not even an extra 8 Bendy Bus loads per day, DOESN'T ADD UP for value for money! In fact on page 9 of the Manly Daily 18/02/2017 it states:- The Manly Daily uncovered a pre-feasibility assessment of the B-Line, then called BRT, from 2012, when Ms Berejiklian was transport minister. It argued that benefits would not be worth the expenditure of the what was then estimated as a $336 million plan.
