Posted 3 April 2017 MUCH MORE THAN A GREENY CAMPAIGN It has been suggested to me that we are acting like tree hugging greenies because of videos like this. B-Line lie exposed https://youtu.be/he0fTvI0548 Wrong so wrong, we are fighting to get some truth about the B-Line bus system proposal. In so doing we are fighting to save the destruction of Village Park, a green space in Mona Vale which has been reduced over the years in size to perhaps one third of its original size. All of this in the name of progress. If Rob Stokes, MP for Pittwater, the NSW Government, the Mona Vale Chamber of Commerce and former Pittwater Council staff including Mark Ferguson get their way the park will eventually be covered in astro turf and additional privately owned buildings (ref. the Draft Mona Vale P{lace Plan). While the trees are the symbol, the big picture about the B-Line is that the NSW Government and its B-Line team have failed the community on so many counts:
